Delivers: Onboarding session records, user flow documentation, updated tutorials and FAQs.
System Scout
Test new features and modules, identify bugs or UX issues, and submit structured feedback and improvement proposals.
Delivers: Bug and UX reports, feature testing summaries, system improvement proposals.
Community Anchor
Respond to user questions with accurate guidance, facilitate constructive discussions, and surface recurring insights.
Delivers: Support logs, discussion summaries, community insight reports.

Invite and onboard high-quality users, support first on-chain interactions, and assist with campaigns and test programs.
